There are many foods that effect the body. Some of these foods are much better than others. Some of these foods even decrease lifespan if they are taken without moderation.

Ultra-processed foods are terrible for the body and overall health. Many experts warn against these type of foods as they wreak havoc on the body and reduce lifespan if they are eaten too frequently. One certain type of these foods is far worse than the rest.

Potato chips are terrible for the body and can even reduce lifespan. They provide no nutrients and are high in salt and other processed materials which destroy the body over time. Many complications and diseases can develop if they are not eaten in moderation.
