Studies and experts have linked this fruit juice to preventing certain kinds of inflammation that could effect the body. This fruit juice can play a big role in easing or preventing the onset of arthritis.
Recent studies have shown that cherry juice can prevent gout inflammation. Gout inflammation is caused by excess uric acid crystalizes in the joints especially in the big toe. Some of the general causes of this inflammation is obesity, high blood pressure, and increased alcohol intake.
The study taken had a total of 633 participants who were all given a choice of how much cherries they wanted per day. The result showed that those who took more cherries had a significantly less chance of getting gout inflammation.
