Many individuals enjoy tea everyday even though they do not know the full health benefits that it provides. Tea provides many benefits to the body and lowers risk for certain diseases and effects.
New research has showed that drinking a healthy amount of tea can lower stroke risk. An 11 year research showed that those who drank 4-6 cups of tea a day were less likely to develop stroke or dementia as they age.
The authors stated that more research is needed but tea and coffee are most definitely linked to lower stroke and dementia risk.
