Multiple studies throughout recent years has found that drinking tea can lower dementia risk in adults by nearly 50%. This is the most inexpensive way to decline the onset of dementia according to the study taken in China.

The study was taken with 957 participants above the age of 55. The participants that drank the tea all showed that their cognitive decline was slowing down while those who did not drink the tea had the same amount of cognitive decline. The tea drinkers also reduced their risk of developing dementia up to 86%.

The researchers concluded that drinking tea daily is the most inexpensive and most effective way to delay or negate the onset of dementia in almost all adults around the world. They also stated that drinking tea daily can also reduce the chances of developing other neurological issues.
