This bread is also very accessible and could be found in almost every grocery store. This bread is much better than any of the others that are found. The second healthiest bread is sourdough but whole grain bread is still much better.

While experts recommend that individuals cut their bread intake by a large amount, they state that whole grain bread is the healthiest that individuals can consume. Bread is not very healthy for the body, however, whole grain bread has some benefit to the body.
