Refined sugar has many effects on the body that are not good. This sugar destroys the brain and the rest of the body and can increase the aging process. Ot is very unhealthy for an individual to eat high amounts of refined sugar.

Sugar acts like a reward system since the brain needs it from time to time. Eating too much sugar can cause the brain to be addicted to the effect of the sugar and will begin to crave it. Constant consumption of high sugar can cause an increase in aging and an increase for the the risk of depression.

If the body keeps eating sugar the teeth will develop cavities. They can also cause enamel to weaken and break down due to the bacteria responsible for cleaning the mouth wanting the sugar more than anything else. High amounts of sugar can also cause major cardiovascular issues throughout the body such as heart disease.
