Although dairy products are known for helping the body and the bones with providing the necessary nutrients for them to stay healthy, this dairy product is giving many individuals some side effects that are not so great for overall health.

Milk is being known for giving some individuals inflamed stomachs due to the processing of the milk. Having an inflamed stomach can be hard to deal with and should be taken care of as soon as possible. Other individuals are not having this issue with inflammation.

The inflammation is linked to the saturated fats that are in many dairy products. Stomach inflammation also can cause abdominal pain, loss of appetite, hiccups, and bloating.
