Getting a healthy amount of sleep is very important for brain health. Sleep deprivation or oversleeping can significantly raise the chances for developing Alzheimer’s and dementia. A healthy amount of sleep if considered to be between 7-8 hours per night. Two hours in either direction can raise the chances of developing brain related diseases.
