White bread is one of the foods. White bread is very low in fiber and essential nutrients which can cause blood sugar levels to spike when eaten. A much better alternative to white bread is whole grain bread which contains a good amount of fiber and essential nutrients.

Soda and other carbonated drinks are also very bad for the body. The amount of sugar alone in these drinks makes them terrible for the body. It contains no nutrients and has a lot of calories which causes the body to create fat. The best alternatives to this is water, coffee or green tea. These drinks are good for the body and do not create any fat buildup.
