Many individuals take multivitamins every morning to ensure that they get a healthy amount of nutrients. New studies are showing that these multivitamins could help the body even more with this new finding.
A new study has found that taking a multivitamin everyday could slow down cognitive decline in many aging adults. The study had a total of 2,200 participants that had no signs or symptoms of cognitive decline. Those who took the multivitamins in the study showed less signs of cognitive decline as they aged.
The authors stated that it is still too soon to have an answer but have stated that more research will be done to find the full benefits of multivitamins.
